Which psychometric instruments does the assessment use?

Five published, peer-reviewed instruments: a Cognitive Ability test (abstract reasoning), an Aptitude Battery (verbal, numerical, spatial), a Vocational Interest inventory using the Holland RIASEC model, a Big Five personality questionnaire (OCEAN dimensions), and an Emotional Intelligence scale covering self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills.

What do I get at the end?

A six-dimension profile (cognitive, aptitude, interest, personality, emotional intelligence, cluster fit) and your top India-mapped career matches drawn from a curated set of 604 occupations. Every recommendation carries an AI-threat rating with the reasoning behind it.

Is my data sent to a server?

No. Your responses stay on this device until you choose to submit. The runner autosaves locally so you can leave and resume from where you left off.

Can I retake the assessment?

Yes. You can restart at any point from the runner. This clears saved responses on the device, so you can begin a fresh attempt. Scoring is final per attempt once you submit.

Is the assessment validated for the Indian context?

Recommendations are matched against 604 India-relevant occupations with entry pathways and salary bands localised to India. Norms are provisional until the N=500 pilot closes; until then, reports carry a 'beta norms' flag so you can read scores in context.

Are there right or wrong answers?

Only on the Cognitive and Aptitude items, which have a single correct answer. Interest, Personality, and Emotional Intelligence are self-report. Answer honestly. The instrument has internal validity checks built in.
